Itinerary

Start the day with a visit to a remarkable wine cellar hidden beneath the sea, followed by a tasting and seaside lunch. Continue to the jewel of the Côte Vermeille—Collioure—for a guided walking tour (1h30) through its colorful lanes and artists’ haunts. Later, step aboard a traditional fishing barge for a one-of-a-kind maritime experience before tasting rare, aged Banyuls wines with that unique Mediterranean accent.

Head inland to a very special winery where the winegrower himself treats us to his own BBQ lunch in the park paired with the wines of the estate.

Villa Palauda, normally closed to the public and opened exclusively for our group, is the venue for a unique diner. Expect an elegant meal paired with exceptional local wines by a Master Sommelier.
Today we head to Montpellier via Sète and the coast for a day that celebrates Mediterranean simplicity. Begin with a visit and tasting at a family run wine estate, followed by a casual lunch in Sète — the essence of seaside living.
In the afternoon, explore Sète, known as the “Little Venice of the South” for its canals, colorful quays, and maritime charm. Stroll through its historic center before heading to the center of Montpellier and the amazing boutique hotel in the very heart of the historical city.
